The Shovels and Spoons culinary program is launching this summer at Camp Seneca Lake.

The Shovels and Spoons team believe in the importance of nutritious food for all children. While good nutrition can be an essential component of curing an ailment, it is just as crucial in ensuring the health of every child—and adult—on a daily basis. The program’s goal is to demonstrate the powerful role that nutrient-dense food plays in maintaining optimal health for all of us throughout the lifecycle.
